One suspect is in custody and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting is being conducted. Special Agent Hicks, 33, joined the FBI in March 2007 and reported to the Pittsburgh Office in August 2007. He was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Special Agent Hicks is a former police officer with the Baltimore Police Department and also worked as a teacher. He is survived by his wife and three-year-old son. &#8220;This is a real tragedy with the loss of such a talented agent who made the ultimate sacrifice for his country when putting on a badge and accepting the responsibility for protecting our nation,&#8221;&#160; said Special Agent in Charge Michael A. Rodriguez. &#8220;The FBI family mourns alongside Agent Hicks&#8217; family. 					  <description>New York State Driver&#8217;s License Format Effective July 16,2008Beginning July 16, 2008 the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles will begin issuing a newly formatted Driver License and Non-Driver Identification Card. Older versions remain valid during the anticipated ten year transition period. There are several new features on the new versions of these documents. &#8226; The motorists&#8217; name will be printed on two lines, each up to 25 characters. The first line will contain the last name, the second line will contain the first name, middle name and suffix. &#8226; There will be a comma between the first and middle names. &#8226; The 1-D barcode will be removed from the back of the document. &#8226; The 2-D barcode will be printed on the top of the back side of the document with a space under the bar code. &#8226; The 2-D barcode will contain the current 20 character name and the new expanded name. &#8226; The document number located in the lower right corner on the face of the document will be changed from its current (8) digit numerical format to a new (10) digit alpha-numeric format number. &#8226; Customers who have consented to the Organ Donor Registry will have a red heart with the words &#8220;ORGAN DONOR&#8221; on the face of the document under the license class. </description>
